I haven't posted on here for a while on account of me being to violently ill to do anything but go to work and crawl into bed each day. But don't worry, it's not a fatal disease that I have, it's a baby!!! We've been married for 2 and half months and although we both wanted to start trying right away, we had no idea it would happen this fast! But we couldn't be happier :D
When we were dating, we talked about how being a parent seemed like the greatest job in the world. I was so impressed with Eric and his desire to be a father. I've loved watching him with both of our little nephews as well. He is so great with kids and I can't imagine having a better partner with this journey! He gets kids and knows just how to teach them and work with them on their level. I can't wait to learn from him.
I have ached to be a mother for what seems like forever now due to things that have happened in my life. I feel so blessed to have this opportunity, and I'm going to do my best to be half as good as a mother as mine was to me :) This baby will be very loved by their parents, that's for sure. They already are so much!!
I'm due December 26th and will be delivering in California. Here's some pictures of our adventures so far!!
