Amy & Ashley's Gender Reveal Party

My sister Amy and her sister in law Ashley are both pregnant and due at the same time! They both have one little boy already and they wanted to do a gender reveal party for both of their babies on the same day so everyone could be a part of the excitement. I ended up taking tons of pictures of the kids and party so I decided to dedicate a post to it!

Utah Part 2

Our last week in Utah was insane. I had a photo shoot booked 1-2 times a day, plus I babysat since school meetings had started for the teachers in my family. I saw friends, did more shopping, got my hair done... it was busy. But awesome! We had a blast and we were totally worn out by the time we had to go. I had my camera out a bunch so along with iPhone pictures, theres some pretty pictures in here too! 

I'm always trying to get Ellie and other kids to look at me and smile when I have my camera out. One day in Utah I just went outside with the girls and let them do their thing. I loved how the pictures turned out :)

This beautiful friend of mine lived in Boston for the summer and we had so much fun!! She's back in Utah now and it was great to get together!

We really like having GNO's. Obviously. 

This awesome chick has been doing my hair for 4 years now. I hold off on getting my hair done until I come to Utah just so she can do it :)

Our plane ride home was pretty crazy. We left late, and when we got to the airport (late) there was a MASSIVE line for the check in kiosk. I'd never seen anything like it. Luckily I got to bump ahead in line since my flight was going to leave soon. I rushed through TSA, and the metal detector went off. Once they got us all cleared to go, I ran to our gate only to hear that my zone was boarding. I was sweating bullets but I made it! Ellie was a dream from SLC to Philly where we had our layover (She even had a small nap which I wasn't anticipating). When we landed in Philly I could tell she was over it. We got onto our connecting flight which was a tiny little jet. Since it was a quick flight I wasn't too concerned. Turns out there was some storm in Boston that we couldn't fly into. We were delayed in the air nearly 2 extra hours... Ellie was screaming and arching her back and hitting and biting. Luckily the guy sitting next to me was super understanding and nice about it. As soon as we got home, we both were SO tired. The next day was spent soaking up every second with daddy :) Now we're back into the swing of real life and loving it! We miss our family and friends so much but we're glad to be a family again :)
